The Decade

Kayla spent over a decade behind the chair. She was great at the work — but commission salons weren't built for the stylist or the client. Rushed appointments. Split attention. She knew there was a better way.

The Idea

Give skilled stylists a beautiful space, get out of their way, let them build the practice they'd always wanted. No quotas. No commission splits. Just the work, and the people who trust you to do it right.

The Building

She found a building on West Central with arched windows and afternoon light. The bones were right. The neighborhood was ready. She signed the lease.

The Name

"Patina — the quality of beauty that only comes with time."

The warm sheen on brass, leather, copper — earned over years of care. Can't be manufactured. Can't be rushed.
